R Lazy J Wildlife Ranch

Wildlife Ranch focused on conservation in Eagar, AZ

Book Safari

Why are our R Lazy J Ranch tours the best thing to do in the White Mountains?

NOTE: DUE to COVID19 – As of March 2oth, 2020 we are providing self-drive tours thru our safari.  We hope and pray for the health and safety of all our neighbors and are happy to offer this activity while practicing social distancing.

We are passionate about forging relationships with our guests and sharing valuable information about our animal residents.  We are able to provide guided tours in addition to the new self-drive tours.

Battling Extinction

“In the end we will conserve only what we love; we will love only what we understand; and we will understand only what we are taught.” Baba Dioum, 1968.

The Ranch is open daily at 10am – Last Self-drive tour admission is 3pm. Guided safari tour times change seasonally – check the booking button for availability.

What People Think of the R Lazy J Ranch

I have gone on 2 field trips here. first time for my work and the 2nd for my oldest sons class. both times were absolutely amazing. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. what I love the 2nd most is their goal to educate their visitors on conservation. what i love most is Rosy. what I like least, well they won't let me have Rosy!
